Concentrated on integration strategy of China motorcycle industry, the paper gives an overview of its relevant studies and achievements made in theoretical and industrial circles at home and abroad. The paper summarizes main theories and methods in motorcycle industry integration strategy, and concludes the necessity for China motorcycle industry integration through analyzing historical evolution and current development of internal and external motorcycle industry integration strategy.Applying an array of theories and methods such as technology economics, technical innovation science, business strategic administration, industrial economics, economic increasing theory, etc., the paper forms China motorcycle industry integration strategy system from four aspects including technology, enterprise, industry and nation, namely, cluster strategy, strategic alliance, brand integration strategy and technical integration strategy, and puts forward the key points to realize the integration strategy from multi-perspectives, including nation, enterprise and industrial association.
