Research On Combined Evaluation Of Enterprise Sustainable Development Based On Synergy Degree And CW Operator

With the globalization of economy,enterprises are facing a series of survival challenges,such as complicated living environment and multi-polarization of business competition.As an important part of contemporary enterprise management,the evaluation of enterprise sustainable development can provide necessary decision support for enterprise managers.On the basis of the existing research,this paper discusses a new method of combined evaluation for enterprise sustainable development in order to solve the shortcomings of the current research.Firstly,in view of the shortcomings in the existing evaluation index systems of enterprise sustainable development at home and abroad,this paper reconstructs the evaluation index system of enterprise sustainable development on the basis of combing the relevant research results.Secondly,in order to discuss the impact of interaction mechanism between the enterprise and its regional environmental systems on the evaluation for enterprise sustainable development,according to the theory of enterprise ecology and system synergy,the regional environmental system is divided into three subsystems:economy,society and nature.And the degree of synergy is introduced to measure the coordinated development degree between the enterprise and each regional environmental subsystem.On the basis,the paper builds the synergy degree measurement model of enterprise and regional environment system,and then the three-dimensional synergy influence model of enterprise sustainable development is proposed.Afterwards,for the problem of the inconsistence of conclusions for multiple evaluation methods in application of the evaluation for enterprise sustainable development currently,the idea of combined evaluation of CW operator is extended and the interaction mechanism between enterprise and regional environment system is integrated into the combined evaluation method of enterprise sustainable development.On the basis of three-dimensional synergy influence model of enterprise sustainable development and combining CW operator,a combined evaluation model of enterprise sustainable development based on the synergy degree and CW operator is constructed.Finally,16 listed food manufacturing companies are taken as examples for empirical research.The results show that the combined evaluation method proposed in this paper can not only give full consideration to the homogeneity and heterogeneity of the results of each single evaluation method,but also further integrate the interaction mechanism between enterprise and regional environmental system,which can effectively solve the evaluation problem of sustainable development of enterprises.
