With the combined impact of customer demand diversification and personalization,fierce market competition,rapid generation of new technologies,and more uncertain environments,innovation has become more important.Innovation can match the supply of enterprises with the needs of customers,distinguish enterprises from competitors,and link enterprises to the future.The survival and development of an enterprise requires constant innovation.Innovation is systematic and complex,and it is full of uncertainty.Factors restricting innovation include not only Material,but also including innovation confidence.Fundamentally speaking,enterprise innovation consists of employee innovation,and leaders play an important role in this process.With the development of the organization,the internal structure has gradually developed from centralized to flat,and the vertical relationship between leaders and employees has fundamentally changed,which has put forward new requirements for leaders.It is necessary to connect the leadership style with the innovative behavior of employees.Transformational leadership(TL)is a leadership style that has received widespread attention from scholars.Its definition is related to transfer and innovation.Transformational leadership can influence employee behavior and stimulate their potential,thereby enabling them to pursue higher self-realization.From a psychological perspective,transformational leadership can enhance employees'confidence in innovation and stimulate their innovative behavior.As a big developing country,inspiring employees' confidence in innovation is of great significance to China's independent innovation.Selecting appropriate variables to measure employees' innovation confidence is a key point of this research.After comparison,this study selects employees' creative self-efficacy(CSE)as an intermediary variable,and intends to explore whether transformative leadership inspires employee creative behavior(ECB)by influencing employees' confidence in completing creative work.The possible innovation points are mainly manifested in two aspects:studying on transformational leadership in different dimensions,and selecting employees' creative self-efficacy as an intermediary variable.This research adopts two research methods:literature research and empirical analysis,which enriches the relevant research on leadership style and innovation,and broadens the influence path of transformational leadership on employee innovation behavior.At the same time,it provides management advice for corporate leaders and employees from China's management practice and its special situation:leaders should pay attention to their own ethics,be honest and unselfish,share the same pains with employees;leaders should let employees understand the vision of corporate development and motivate employees to work towards a common goal;leaders should care about employees ' family and life,care for employees,and give suggestions for employee development;leaders should improve their own leadership charm and business skills,be passionate about work,maintain professionalism and enterprising,and become a role model for employees.In addition,in the interaction with employees,leaders should also focus on stimulating employees' creative self-efficacy,so that they can build confidence to complete their work creatively,and further stimulate employees' creative behaviors,obtain more innovative achievements,and promote enterprises innovation.Employees should quickly perceive leadership's innovation expectations,build confidence in innovation,actively participate in creative activities,and improve innovation levels.
