Research On Financial Risk Of Meituan Company's Acquisition Of Mobike

With the economic globalization and the development of science and technology,the Internet develops rapidly in the world.Under such circumstances,the number of Internet users in China has increased rapidly,and a number of Internet companies have been set up.As Internet companies pursue diversified development,mergers and acquisitions in the domestic Internet industry are increasingly frequent.However,opportunities often coexist with risks in mergers and acquisitions,and improper control of the financial risks is likely to lead to the failure of mergers and acquisitions.In order to avoid the financial risks of merger and acquisition,this paper takes Meituan Company's acquisition of Mobike as the research object.The research of this paper is mainly divided into four parts,The first part expounds the research background and significance,and lists the ideas and framework of the article;The second part introduces the concepts and theories of financial risk and financial risk control;The third part introduces the basic information of these two companies and the motivation of this merger case.This paper analyzes the financial risk of Meituan from four aspects:valuation risk,financing risk,payment risk and integration risk,then gives some suggestions and measures for enterprises to strengthen the financial risk control of mergers and acquisitions;The fourth part concludes that the merger and acquisition has caused certain financial risks to Meituan,then draws some enlightenment from this case and hopes to provide some help for the financial risk prevention and control of the future Internet industry mergers and acquisitions.
