Research On Public Participation In Global Tourism

With the development of the times,the traditional tourist mode of scenic spots can no longer meet the needs of consumers,and the needs of consumers are more diverse.The globalization of tourism development puts forward higher requirements for the planning,layout,promotion,and creation of the natural and human environment in the tourism industry.The supply of tourism products requires creativity,experience,and customization,and requires refinement and differentiation.The standardized governance of the tourism market also puts forward requirements for improving efficiency.The coverage of global tourism includes towns and villages.The development of tourism in rural areas requires the public to build and share.How can the public participate in global tourism,how can it mobilize the enthusiasm of the public,how to establish a mechanism for public participation in global tourism interests,and how to improve the public’s Participation awareness and waiter awareness,and what kind of platform to build can guarantee the in-depth exchange of views between the government and the public.These are the problems before us.All regions also need to choose the best plan according to their geographical,historical,and cultural characteristics.Twelve years have passed since the concept of domestic tourism was introduced to the full promotion of today.Research on global tourism has become more and more in-depth,but there is a lack of research on how the most basic towns and towns can be integrated into the global tourism climate,especially public participation.problem.Based on domestic and foreign research on global tourism public participation,this paper uses case study,literature research,and empirical research methods,combined with the practice of public participation in the development of global tourism in Lixi Town of Wuning County.It summarizes the ecological protection as the starting point to guide the public participation in the development of global tourism in Lixi Town,the town and village planning with tourism elements,the construction of a new countryside and environmental remediation with the tourism concept,the agricultural industrialization as the carrier,and the township Wind civilization construction is a multi-pronged initiative that has achieved remarkable results in ecological protection and restoration,the mutual promotion of agricultural industry and global tourism,the development of agricultural tourism industry and the improvement of public enjoyment infrastructure.However,Lixi Town is developing comprehensive tourism There are still deficiencies in public participation.For example,the public still has a certain degree of resistance to the development of global tourism.The level of infrastructure construction cannot keep up with the development speed of global tourism.The mechanism of public participation is not fully guaranteed.The awareness of residents ’ownership and waiters needs to be improved.The quality of the employees is not high,and the tourist Inadequate training and so on.The causes of these problems include inadequate publicity and promotion,lagging in infrastructure construction,imperfect laws and policies,low economic development level,inadequate benefit sharing mechanism,and inadequate talent training mechanism.To further improve public participation in global tourism,we should actively strengthen the construction of tourism culture and enhance public participation awareness;change ideas,build public participation in infrastructure construction and management mechanisms;establish and improve the global tourism security system and create public participation legal policies Environment;improve a reasonable benefit-sharing mechanism,broaden public participation channels,vigorously promote the construction of rural civilization,improve public quality and ownership awareness,increase the training of tourism practitioners,and strengthen the cultivation of talents to explore and optimize paths.In short,in the development of global tourism,in addition to tourists,the public has also stepped onto the stage of history as a subject.Only global tourism with strong public participation can achieve long-term development.
