| Performance management occupies a core position in human resources management,and connects various management tasks in the enterprise.Efficient performance management is an important tool for achieving corporate strategic goals.The sales department is the department that brings profits to the enterprise,the most important link in the enterprise value chain,and is the core element of the enterprise’s profit and growth.The completion of the sales target determines the survival and development of the enterprise.Therefore,to stimulate the enthusiasm of the sales staff and maximize the sales staff’s effectiveness,a scientific and reasonable performance management system is essential.Company H is a domestic enterprise specializing in R & D and application of AI technology.As a leading company in emerging fields,company H still has problems in the performance management of sales personnel,such as being not strict in assessment standards,lacking of process performance management and limited application of performance results.With the continuous development and expansion of the company’s business,company H has gradually encountered difficulties in recruitment,the loss of excellent employees and the lack of motivation for sales staff.The article adopts the literature research method,interview method and induction method.Through the analysis of the performance management of sales personnel in company H,the current problems are identified and the reasons are summarized.Multi-dimensional optimization schemes such as performance evaluation indicator system,performance plan formulation method,performance process coaching,performance evaluation,and application of performance results are proposed.The performance management system of the entire sales personnel is optimized and improved and guarantee measures to strengthen the implementation of performance management optimization schemes are put forward.Through this research,firstly the performance management system of the sales personnel of company H can fully play its role,stimulating the enthusiasm of sales personnel,and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Secondly,companies of the same type can use and learn from it and the performance management of sales personnel can avoid the same kind of problems and improve the performance management level of the industry. |
