| As Heilongjiang Province is China’s largest grain-producing province,the level of agricultural development greatly affects the livelihoods of farmers.The crop industry,which accounts for the largest proportion of agriculture,deserves much attention.In recent years,the relevant policies implemented in China and Heilongjiang Province have been very To a large extent,it promotes the development of planting industry.The effect of planting industry structural adjustment has attracted public attention.Planting industry structural adjustment has greatly promoted the development of planting industry.The economic benefits of planting industry structural adjustment are worth our research and discussion.In order to better adjust the structure of the planting industry in Heilongjiang Province and provide a reasonable reference for the government.First of all,by reading and summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars by adopting literature review and inductive deduction,the problems in the process of structural adjustment were analyzed and analyzed: the structure of the planting industry was unbalanced,the added value of agricultural products was low,and the scientific and cultural quality of farmers light.Secondly,10 indicators and data from the past 10 years are selected,the weights are calculated using the entropy method,and the multi-objective linear weighting method is used to evaluate the evaluation system,and the evaluation results are obtained: from 2009 to 2011,the economic adjustment of the crop industry structure in Heilongjiang Province Poor efficiency,average economic efficiency in 2012,moderate economic efficiency from 2013 to 2016,and good economic efficiency from 2017 to 2018.Finally,using the evaluation results to determine the degree of impact of planting structure adjustment on planting economic benefits,combined with the status quo,meaning and problems in Chapter 3,the corresponding countermeasures to improve planting structure adjustment in Heilongjiang Province are listed: Optimize the layout of the planting structure,develop multi-variety crops according to local conditions;the spatial structure angle should reduce the risks of farmers and increase the added value of agricultural products;the talent structure angle should improve the quality of laborers and cultivate new farmers.In the long run,continuous improvement of the structural adjustment of the cropping industry will enable a reasonable and effective supply of agricultural products,increase farmers’ income,and better development of the cropping industry.I hope that the above suggestions will promote the structural adjustment of the cropping industry in Heilongjiang Province. |
