Research On Financial Risk Analysis And Countermeasures Of SN Company

The e-commerce industry is an emerging industry.When analyzing the financial risks of e-commerce companies,it is necessary to consider not only the financial risks faced by traditional enterprises,but also the specific conditions of the financial risks of e-commerce enterprises.As a representative enterprise of China's retail industry,SN has also been advancing with the times in the new era,actively developing e-commerce business,and achieving a perfect transformation from traditional retail to e-commerce.At present,the transformation of SN company is very successful,and its online transaction volume has accounted for more than half of the total transaction volume,and it has become one of the largest e-commerce companies in China.Therefore,this paper selects SN company as a case enterprise to conduct research.This paper first explains the background and significance of the topic,and analyzes the research status at home and abroad from the perspective of the identification and control of corporate financial risk and the prevention of financial risk,and introduces the basic theory of financial risk.Then use case analysis and comparative analysis to identify the financial risks of SN from four perspectives of financing,investment,operation and income distribution,and measure and evaluate the financial risks of SN based on Z-Score model..After identifying and evaluating the financial risks of SN companies,the factors affecting the financial risks of SN companies are analyzed.Finally,some targeted countermeasures are provided for how SN companies avoid financial risks.After analyzing the financial risk analysis and countermeasures of SN Company,this paper draws the following conclusions:First,the identification and evaluation of financial risks is crucial in the research of financial risks,which can make managers more intuitive understanding.The financial status of the enterprise indicates the direction for the next financial analysis.Second,SN companies should attach great importance to the factors affecting financial risks.The influencing factors are divided into external factors and internal factors.The research on the influencing factors can be used for enterprises.The preventive measures indicate the direction;third,the countermeasures for corporate financial risks should be combined with the previous identification and evaluation of financial risks,analysis of influencing factors and the company's specific policy guidelines,providing some targeted suggestions for SN to reduce financial risks.At the same time,it also provides some reference for the prevention of financial risks of companies in the e-commerce industry in China.
