Research On The Construction Of Rural Circulation System In Shanxi Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Since the convening of the Nineteenth National Congress,the focus of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is still to solve the three rural issues fundamentally.Virtually,the solution to this problem is to accelerate the pace of rural agricultural modernization.The most important thing is to build a rural circulation system in Shanxi Province,improve the supply level of rural circulation,and accelerate the pace of rural development.Moreover,with the continuous adjustment of industrial structure,rural circulation has played a very important role in promoting the development of rural areas in recent years.However,the current reality is that there are many problems in the development of the rural circulation system in Shanxi Province,and supply level of rural circulation cannot meet the current development requirements in rural areas.Therefore,how to build a rural circulation system in Shanxi Province and improve the supply level of rural circulation is an urgent problem to be solved.Promoting the development of rural circulation in Shanxi Province under the background of rural revitalization strategy,and promoting the development of rural areas in the crucial period of the transformation of industrial structure in Shanxi Province have significant significance.The article mainly studies the construction of the rural circulation system in Shanxi Province.On the basis of collecting and reading a large number of relevant literatures,it briefly explains the background,meanings and research methods of the study on the rural circulation system in Shanxi Province firstly.At the same time,it systematically elaborated the definition of rural revitalization theory,rural circulation theory,rural circulation system theory and the characteristics of system dynamics and the modeling steps of system dynamics.Secondly,by analyzing the current situation of the rural circulation system in Shanxi Province,it is found that the development of rural circulation in Shanxi Province is still relatively backward compared to urban circulation.Thirdly,in the context of the rural revitalization strategy,Shanxi Province was used as an example to construct a rural circulation system model using system dynamics.Through analyzing the simulation results of the model,the essence of developing rural circulation is to increase the total output value of rural circulation.And in fact,to improve the total output value of rural circulation is to first increase the supply level of rural circulation.Therefore,this paper builds a model of rural circulation supply factor in Shanxi Province.Finally,based on the simulation results of the model,a series of countermeasures for further developing the rural circulation system in Shanxi Province are proposed under the background of rural revitalization.
