| In the increasingly fierce global industrial competition,industrial clusters have become an effective method to improve national and regional competitiveness,which can effectively enhance regional economic strength and improve industrial competitiveness.The competitiveness of the petrochemical industry cluster is an analysis of the petrochemical industry from the perspective of the industrial cluster.Against the backdrop of frequent trade frictions between China and the United States,increasing pressure on safety and environmental protection,and the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,the development of the petrochemical industry is facing huge crises and challenges.Based on this background,this standard aims to qualitatively analyze the development status of A-town petrochemical industry cluster.Based on the GEM evaluation model,using expert interviews and questionnaires to quantitatively evaluate the development of the petrochemical industry cluster in town A.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative,put forward feasible development suggestions for A-town petrochemical industry cluster.This article analyzes its development advantages from five aspects: mineral resources,park facilities,industrial foundation,chain characteristics and transformation and upgrading.Analyzing its development disadvantages from four aspects,including policy constraints,environmental pressures,lack of talent,and weak scientific research.In terms of quantitative analysis,the GEM model is selected to build the competitiveness evaluation index system of A town petrochemical industry cluster.6secondary indicators and 33 tertiary indicators are identified.The weight of each indicator was clarified through the APH.The specific scores of the indicators obtained are calculated,and the total competitiveness of the A-town petrochemical industrycluster is calculated to be 358 points.According to the score,it can be concluded that the A-town petrochemical industry cluster has exceeded the national average and has a certain competitiveness.But there is a big difference from excellent industrial clusters.From the five aspects of facility competitiveness,resource competitiveness,enterprise strategic structure competitiveness,related auxiliary industry competitiveness and foreign market competitiveness,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening talent introduction,strengthening government support,strengthening scientific and technological research and development,constructing "production,study and research" innovation system,extending petrochemical industry chain,strengthening high-end product research and development,strengthening cooperation,and enhancing external market competitiveness. |
