Research On The Construction Of Long-term Mechanism For Rural Poor Population To Get Rid Of Poverty Stably

Poverty is a difficult problem in the development of human history.To get rid of poverty is the long-cherished wish and pursuit of people all over the world.Our party and country have been committed to solving the problem of rural poverty.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949,poverty alleviation has been carried out across the country.Since the18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),under the leadership of the CPC central committee with comrade Xi jinping at the core,a major battle against poverty has been waged across the country.By 2020,all poor people in rural areas will be lifted out of poverty by China’s current standards.The end of the battle against poverty does not mean the end of poverty alleviation.How to consolidate the achievements in poverty alleviation and ensure the stable release of the rural poor has become a subject that needs to be studied.This paper,taking shandong province as an example,adopts the literature research method and case analysis method to study the construction of long-term mechanism of rural poor population’s stable poverty alleviation.Firstly,the background of the topic is put forward.Based on the reality of China and shandong province,the research significance of this paper is analyzed.On the basis of studying relevant literature,the main research status at home and abroad is listed,and the research methods are proposed.Then the main concepts involved and the main theoretical basis are proposed.In shandong province are analyzed in the aspects of the mechanism of stable rural poverty population out of poverty to the exploration and practice,points out the existing problems,such as employment continues to drive the revenue mechanism is not sound,the social forces to participate in poverty alleviation mechanism to be improved,poor endogenous force did not form,policy and so on,to analyze the causes of the problem.Finally,Suggestions are put forward,such as constructing dynamic monitoring mechanism,constructing accurate and sustainable poverty alleviation mechanism for industrial employment,constructing and improving social security mechanism to support the bottom line in emergency relief,and constructing the mechanism of the whole society’s joint support.It is hoped that through the construction of long-term mechanism,the rural poor population will be lifted out ofpoverty steadily,and the achievements of all-round well-off society will be better shared,which will also provide reference for the country to realize the rural poor population to get rid of poverty steadily.
