Research On The Impact Of Cloud Platform Business Model On Enterprise Value Creation

With the rapid development of cloud computing technology,cloud computing is increasingly integrated with all walks of life,leading to profound changes in production model,service model and business model.Great changes have taken place in the external environment of liquor industry,which is faced with great opportunities and challenges.However,the traditional business model of liquor enterprises has its limitations for improving the enterprise value creation ability.This paper takes gujinggongjiu as the analysis object to explore how cloud platform business model affects enterprise value creation ability.Based on the value network theory,moat theory and stakeholder theory,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of cloud platform business model and enterprise value creation,and explores the research framework of "consumer-driven--cloud platform business model--enterprise behavior--enterprise value creation".First,it proposes the theory of value network with consumers as the core,the moat theory which is difficult for competitors to copy the competitive advantage,and the stakeholder theory.Based on these three theories,it analyzes the impact of cloud platform business model on enterprise value creation.Secondly,it analyzes the influence of business model of gujinggongjiu cloud platform on enterprise behavior from four aspects: product and service,consumers,infrastructure and finance.Finally,based on EVA,it analyzes the influence of cloud platform business model on the value creation ability of gujinggongjiu.Through case study,it is found that for liquor enterprises,cloud platform business model can influence enterprise value through the path of "consumer-driven--cloud platform business model--enterprise behavior--enterprise value creation".Based on EVA analysis,cloud platform business model can improve enterprise value creation ability.
