As the pace of the city becomes faster and people's life becomes more compact,convenient fast food chains have become the first choice for more and more city residents to solve the problem of eating.Many cities have established their own brands of urban convenience fast food chains,and Jinan has three convenient fast food chains.The competition among convenient fast food chains is becoming increasingly fierce.The research object of this article for Jinan L fast food chains,L fast food chain is the largest in Jinan for the convenience of fast food chains,it has opened 153 stores,has a good mass base,but due to the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,L fast-food chain profit margins decline,which is in a critical period of development,this paper studies the development of the fast food chain L strategy has important practical significance.This paper will discuss how to promote the development of L fast food chain from three aspects.The first palt,the application of combined analysis theory SWOT-PEST analysis from the perspective of enterprise internal control both L fast food chain's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and from the enterprise's political,econornic,social and technological these external environmental analysis L fast food chains,how to adapt to the external competition and seek developlent two aspects of internal control and external environment combining from the Angle of management for L fast-food chain development strategy recommendations.The second part,the use of the method of questionnaire survey,in 153 L fast-food chain fast food chains,to carry out the customer satisfaction investigation,using logistic regression model,analysis of different categories of fast food preference for fast food chains L customer satisfaction.the application of contingency analysis method,analysis of different types of customers at fast-food restaurants spending habits,comprehensive conclusion of the two methods above,you can get different types of customers at fast-food restaurants unique consumption characteristics,and can be targeted Suggestions according to these characteristics,promote the development of L fast food chains.In the third part.the regression analysis method is applied to study the influencing factors of the profit margin of L fast food chain,and the importance of each influencing factor is studied to put forward more scientific Suggestions for the development of L fast food chain.By using management method,questionnaire survey method and regression analysis method,this paper comprehensively studied the development strategy of L fast food chain stores,and put forward development strategy Suggestions for L fast food chain stores from the aspects of the management of L fast food chain stores and the development of branches in different locations.
