With the increasing disposable income of Chinese families,the demand for spiritual enjoyment is increasing.Tourism,which integrates natural customs and historical culture,has become the preferred leisure and relaxation way for the well-off class.Accordingly,tourism has great market potential.For national economy,tourism is the third industry,which has the features of strong comprehensiveness and long industrial chain.Tourism Can effectively promote the development of industrial chain in this way.Moreover,tourism is environmentally friendly,green and pollution-free,in line with the development orientation of industrial restructuring and the new normal of economy,with a large long-term development space.This paper takes the ENN Beibu Gulf Tourism Corporation Limited company as the research object,adopts the research methods of combination of theoretical research and empirical research,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,and uses the relevant knowledge and tools of marketing and strategic management for analysis.According to the macro environment of Beibu Gulf tourism company,including political,economic,social and technological environment,Beibu Gulf tourism company has a favorable external macro environment.Through the specific analysis of corporate governance,human resource management,marketing ability,operation ability and financial ability,the internal environment also has the conditions to support development.In this paper,the five forces model and SWOT matrix are used to analyze the industry competition structure of Beibu Gulf Tourism Company and the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages it faces.The current marketing situation of Beibu Gulf Tourism Company is analyzed.On the basis of the above analysis,the marketing strategic goal of Beibu Gulf Tourism Company is put forward: to be an excellent enterprise with considerable social popularity and reputation.This paper analyzes the market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning of Beibu Gulf Tourism Company,positions the target market at the high-level and high-income group,and formulates 4P marketing strategy for the target group.Finally,according to the actual situation of the enterprise,the paper designs guarantee measures for the implementation of the marketing strategy,in order to play a practical role in guiding the market development of Beibu Gulf Tourism Company.
