| Time is one of the important resources of the organization.In today’s market competition,the enterprise changes from pursuing quality to pursuing speed."Time is money,efficiency is life".With the advent of the technological age,people’s psychological needs have become more diverse,bringing convenience to people’s lives.However,while bringing convenience,it also brings more and more serious time banditry behavior in the workplace,which brings many adverse effects to the use of limited time resources in the management of the enterprise,resulting in the long-term development of the entire enterprise.Serious negative effects.How to rationally allocate time assets and how to establish an effective management and control mechanism has become a key concern of enterprise managers.The effective time management method can reasonably plan the time,increase the existing time resources,and enable the employees to apply the existing resources to the work,thereby reducing the waste of time.Therefore,this study believes that time and leadership behavior are important factors influencing employee’s time banditry behavior,and introduce temporal leadership as an antecedent variable of time banditry behavior.With the continuous development of enterprises,technology competition gradually turns into time competition.By managing time for employees,saving time resources enables employees to generate positive emotions,such as leadership identity and pride,thereby reducing organizational norms and overall interests behavior.Since cognitive and attitude factors have a direct impact on employee’s time banditry behavior,this study introduces the intermediary variable of leadership identity.When employees perceive the time management behavior of leaders,they identify with leaders and aim to reduce their positive psychological perception through employees.Its loss of public resources,avoiding organizations to cause more serious conflicts of interest.Therefore,this study starts from the perspective of leadership identification and deeply analyzes the antecedent variables of employee’s time banditry behavior,and verifies the intermal mechanism between temporal leadership and time banditry behavior through empirical test.Social psychology research shows that individual psychological cognitive factors influence individual behavior.In the boundary research on the effect of temporal leadership,most of them use personality traits or environmental variables as the boundary,and lack of research on psychological perception factors.This paper adds the organizational support sense as a regulatory variable to explore its interaction with intermediaries for employee time banditry.The direct action path of behavior,and further affects the path of temporal leadership through the leadership identity intermediary to influence employee time banditry behavior.First of all,this paper summarizes the research at home and abroad,and introduces the relevant research progress of time leadership,leadership identification,employees’ time banditry behavior and organizational support,which lays a good foundation for the theoretical model and hypothesis of this paper.Secondly,On the basis of literature review,based on the theory of resource conservation and social exchange theory,a theoretical model is constructed for the variables involved and an attempt is made to analyze and sort out the hypothetical propositions between variables.In the process of research design,data collection was carried out by means of web questionnaires.Finally,SPSS22.0,PROCESS plug-in and AMOS24.0 were used to verify whether the observation data of this paper supports the hypothetical proposition.The research shows that:(1)there is a negative correlation between temporal leadership and employee time banditry behavior;(2)there is a positive correlation between temporal leadership and leadership identity;(3)leadership identification has between temporal leadership and employee time banditry behavior(4)The higher the level of organizational support,the stronger the negative relationship between leadership identity and employee time banditry behavior;(5)The higher the level of organizational support,the more significant the mediation effect of leadership identity and the better employee time banditry behavior.The innovation of this research:First,enrich the study of temporal leadership at the individual level.In the past,the influencing factors of leadership were mostly concentrated at the team level.Few scholars studied the outcome variables of temporal leadership at the individual level,especially the negative behavior.Based on the perspective of leadership identification,this paper explores the relationship between temporal leadership and employee time banditry behavior.It not only expands and perfects the theory of temporal leadership,but also provides constructive enlightenment for the development of enterprises.Second,the temporal leadership mechanism is supplemented.Based on the theory of resource conservation,this paper uses leadership identification as an intermediary to clarify the role of temporal leadership in inhibiting employees’ time banditry behavior from the perspective of leadership identification.It uncovers the inner black box of temporal leadership affecting employee behavior and enriches resource preservation in organizational management.Theoretical interpretation space.In the past,when scholars studied the role boundary of temporal leadership,they ignored the influence of psychological perception factors on the path of temporal leadership.This paper uses organizational support as a boundary to study the effect on temporal leadership,and extends leadership theory to further determine the effectiveness of temporal leadership.Sex is very important.Finally,the impact of employee time banditry at the organizational level(such as leadership style)has been expanded.At present,there are many researches on the antecedents of time banditry,but most of them focus on the individual level and the work level.There is a lack of research on the antecedent variables at the organizational level,especially the leadership behavior.This paper takes temporal leadership as an antecedent variable,expands the research framework of time banditry behavior,and improves the research mechanism of leadership type on employee time banditry behavior. |
