Based on the theory of supply chain management,this paper constructs a supply chain system of EPC(Engineering,Procurement and Construction)project in terms of Procurement,which is divided into internal and external subsystems with the core of Procurement.Internal subsystem consists of Engineering,Procurement and Construction,and external subsystem consists of Procurement and supply sourcing.System optimization is developed respectively against piping material to solve practical problems.For external subsystem,optimization focuses on system structure with method improvement of supplier selection in reaction to the irrational sourcing distribution and supplier selection.Method improvement is implemented sequentially by developing index system involves region attribute,constructing a mathematic model of supply performance,mapping multi-index to single-index and visualization.On the aspects of purchasing radius and structural similarity,improvement of supplier selection dramatically optimizes supply structure of external subsystem.For internal subsystem,optimization focuses on supply and demand with method improvement of Procurement demand forecast to deal with mismatching of supply and demand in projects.On the basis of nonlinear Construction demand,method improvement is implemented sequentially by constructing simulation model of forecasting with demand level,demand trend and periodic demand,linear regression after eliminating interference of periodic demand and correction by regular cumulative sum.Improvement of demand forecast effectively reduces fluctuation by approximate linear demand and optimizes relations of supply and demand in internal subsystem. |
