The Supplier Selection In Project Procurement Under The Supply Chain Environment

In the supply chain environment, the relationships between buyers and suppliers are no longer hostile, and they gradually step into a win-win situation with partnership. In this context, in addition to the traditional focus, the evaluation criteria for the supplier should be increasingly emphasis on its ability to cooperate, service capabilities and information connectivity, and other factors. Meanwhile, the cooperation way of different industries are very different, thus, supplier selection and evaluation indicators are quite different under different industries.The selection decisions for the suppliers in the procurement of domestic projects were studied in this study. Based on the related theoretical analysis, the23supplier selection indexes proposed by Dickson (1966) and other supplier selection indexes that most commonly used in the74supplier selection literatures were referenced. The supplier selection indexes in project procurement were initially established after tidying up. These indicators were organized into a questionnaire, and a investigation was implemented in reaction to the research object. The questionnaire was divided into two phases:The first stage was to conduct a questionnaire survey for the supplier evaluation indexes in project procurement, aimed to identify the most suitable evaluation indexes in the domestic supply chain environment, in order to take the most substantial assistance to the domestic industry; the second stage was base on AHP survey, aimed to determine Weight distribution of the main indexes when the project procurement departments in selecting a new supplier. Finally, the supplier comprehensive evaluation models based on gray relational analysis method and AHP method were established, and a case analysis was carried out in this paper.
