With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the increasingly fierce market competition,the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry to adapt to the current situation,tasks and future development needs is an important issue facing domestic manufacturing industry.In view of this problem,since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has proposed to boost the real economy,implement structural reform on the supply side,promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises,improve quality and efficiency,and then enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.However,although domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on production line construction,lean production methods,effects and influencing factors,few papers pay attention to the lean improvement of manufacturing enterprises,especially military enterprises,on the basis of existing production lines.Military enterprises are equipment suppliers for national defense construction and national security.They are now in a critical period of transition from mechanization to informatization.There is an urgent need for lean improvement project plan and feasibility analysis at the theoretical level to guide work practice.Based on the above practical needs,this paper takes the production line lean improvement project of XK Group as an example to discuss in depth the existing production line lean improvement scheme and feasibility evaluation of defense military enterprises.The main contents of the study include:Chapter 1 introduces the background and significance of this study in detail.Through the review of domestic and foreign research trends,we can understand the progress of feasibility study.Chapter 2,elaborates the relevant theory of Lean Improvement Program Feasibility Study.This chapter mainly elaborates the theory of feasibility study and Lean Improvement,which provides the theoretical basis for this paper.Chapter 3 introduces the basic situation of XK Group and the current situation of production line.It mainly introduces the research background of production line.Through the analysis of background and problems,it gives the necessity of lean improvement of existing production lines.At the same time,it puts forward the plan and main content of project implementation.Chapter ?,through the elaboration of the project process design,Lean Improvement Program,discusses the technical feasibility of Lean Improvement Program for the production line,provides specific improvement measures for the project,and gives the expected results.Chapter 5 introduces investment estimation,carries out economic feasibility analysis,and judges the feasibility of the project through financial data.Chapter 6,carry out the social benefit and risk analysis of the project,analyze the social benefit brought about by the project implementation,several kinds of risks existing in the implementation and countermeasures.Chapter 7 draws the conclusion of lean improvement project of production line and puts forward corresponding suggestions.This feasibility study further enriches and improves the relevant literature on the existing production line lean improvement field of national defense military enterprises,provides a reference scheme and feasible suggestions for the traditional manufacturing production line construction and the improvement of lean level,and the conclusion of the study has enlightening significance for the production line lean improvement.
