Speed up the perfect quality rice industry chain in Hunan province is an opportunity and a challenge.The ecological agriculture association of Hunan province adopts the land transfer mode to organize the rice ecological scale planting,According to the market demand, to realize the development of rice quality, difference and scale, and explore new model for the development of rice industry in Hunan province.In order to establish the rice production and the integration of the development model,will plan to establish the production line which can annual processing of 10 thousand tons of high quality rices.In this article,main discuss the resolution of this project study and the specific implementation,details are as follows:1.investment amount:RMB 4.446 million (include architectural engineering RMB 1.478 million,equipment RMB 1.19 million,current funds RMB 0.85 million,rest fees RMB 0.92 million); New design the raw material warehouse:1200 m2, New build rice warehouse:1 base. New built Rice processing workshop 400 m2,new built Finished product warehouse 300 m2,New build annual processing 10000 tons of rice production line.Annual produce red rice:2600,white rice:2850 tons, rice bran 842 tons, second quality rice:316 tons, rice 845 tons, Rice husk:800 tons.2.After the completion of the project, the annual profit will be RMB 10.27million (after tax), profit rate 18.11%, dynamic investment recovery period is 10 months (including the construction period), the balance point 47.49%. This project has good social and ecological benefits which is feasible.3.The project completed at Dec.2015 year.have establish the relevant technical specifications, production and operation, but still need improve the comprehensive utilization of by-products.
