Innovation On Taxi Management At Longwan Airport,Wenzhou

Longwan International Airport,as the important window of Wenzhou,which is a national civilized city,is the front door to welcome the guests from all over the world.Taxi,though is one of the most important means of transportation for foreign guests to travel in Wenzhou,has led to the situation where operation service is poor and passengers' rights are infringed due to imperfect management system.The research on this topic was carried on,aiming at in-depth study of the current situation of taxi management at Longwan Airport to find problems,analyze the reasons,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions which I hope can be adopted and provide some support for Longwan Airport to build a civilized,legal and efficient comprehensive transportation hub,and to provide reference for taxi management of other comprehensive transportation hub at home and abroad,as well as for taxi management legislation of Wenzhou and other cities.The paper points out some problems,through the investigation of the current situation of taxi management in Longwan Airport,that taxi drivers seek windfall profits through various kinds of violations,drivers collude with on-site staff,illegal operation is made in the "Black Car and Yellow Cattle" network,and the online booking is deficient in management.Based on the analysis of the three public management theories of market failure,government regulation and adverse selection,it is found that the taxi management system in Longwan Airport needs to be improved,the management mode lags behind,and the infrastructure equipment is weak.In the final part of the the paper,the author puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on airport taxi management.First,to improve the management mechanism and check the taxi management of transportation hub at the source,including the establishment of multi-department joint management mechanism,the innovation of the management regulations of airport taxi(net taxi)and the preparation of management methods of scientific and technological equipment.Second,to use artificial intelligence,innovating the taxi management mode of Longwan Airport,and to introduce and admit science andtechnicalization,realizing the implementation of "black list" management of taxis;to strengthen the management of taxi passenger areas,improving the experience of consumers;and to scientifically set up the online taxi storage area and its mode.The service should be people-oriented and diversified to solve the difficulties of passengers in their taking a taxi.It should be propaganda-oriented,and passengers should get the information before the taxi travel.Lost property can be retrieved to avoid peoples' worries.The evaluation is did on the whole process,which provides passengers with service satisfaction all the way.
