Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Leisure Agriculture Development In Pingdu City

Leisure agriculture is mainly with the development of society,in order to meet the leisure needs of urban people,the use of rural resources and agricultural production conditions,the development of tourism,leisure,tourism as one of the new forms of agricultural production and management.Leisure agriculture plays an important role in improving farmers' income,ecological environment and agricultural modernization.In2017,No.1 document of the Central Committee clearly proposed "vigorously develop rural leisure tourism industry",requiring all regions to "enrich rural tourism industry,create various theme rural tourism destinations and excellent routes,and develop folk customs and health care and pension bases with rural characteristics".Pingdu,as a big traditional agricultural city,has a long-standing reputation for agricultural products.In order to develop leisure agriculture,its geographical and resource advantages are very obvious.Taking Pingdu City as an example and using the method of on-the-spot investigation,this paper studies the current situation of the development of leisure agriculture in Pingdu City.As a big traditional agricultural city,Pingdu has a good agricultural foundation,obvious geographical advantages,rich agricultural products,prominent agricultural dominant position,and very good conditions for the development of leisure agriculture.In the long-term development process,Pingdu City has formed its own unique leisure agriculture development style and vigorously developed the leisure agriculture industry marked by featured agricultural products,featured culture and featured scenery.But Pingdu's leisure agriculture development time is short,there are many employees,the number of scientific and technological service personnel is insufficient,the average distribution is less,and the cultural quality of leisure agriculture employees is low,the level of professionalism is not high,the traditional backward ideas are deep-rooted,the lack of high-quality talents,the lack of industrial cultural connotation,infrastructure is not perfect,the quality of public services is low.Through the investigation and analysis of the behavior of leisure agriculture tourists in Pingdu City,we can see that the leisure agriculture in Pingdu City has developed rapidly,but the level of leisure agriculture is not high,the innovation degree is not enough,the attraction to consumers is not enough,the satisfaction of consumers with leisure agriculture projects is low,and the publicity of leisure agriculture by Pingdu government and leisure agriculture enterprises is not enough.Based on the experience of the development of excellent leisure agriculture in the United States,Denmark,Japan and other developed countries,this paper explores theproblems in the development of Pingdu City's agriculture,explores the shortcomings in the development of Pingdu City's leisure agriculture,and puts forward suggestions for the development of Pingdu City's leisure agriculture,including strengthening the management of the government and improving the financial support;making clear its own positioning,aiming at the market demand to create a boutique brand;Third,we should enrich the channels of propaganda,strengthen the efforts of propaganda,and improve the quantity and quality of agricultural science and technology service supply.
