Under the promotion of China's 13th five-year plan,the speed and potential of China's social and economic development at the present stage have attracted the attention of all industries and countries around the world,especially the automobile manufacturing industry.With the improvement of residents' living standards,the automobile industry has also shown a trend of vigorous development.Inclusive given China's economic environment our country's car industry is not only a local enterprise,also have sprung up in recent years,a number of large multinational automobile manufacturing enterprise with international background,and these enterprises face in the process of production of the first management problem is the procurement,procurement management has always been the focus of supply chain management,especially for multinational automobile manufacturing enterprise how to more effectively complete procurement in China has been the focus of each enterprise.The formulation of procurement strategy is mainly based on the theory of enterprise's development strategy.According to the actual situation of the enterprise and the characteristics of the industry,it carries out effective target management of the cost,realizes the ultimate goal of "minimizing the cost and maximizing the benefit" in the process of operation and management,and helps the enterprise to realize lean management.Global company A is a large multinational enterprise which produces automobile key parts such as automobile body and chassis.In its daily production process,nearly 96%of automobile parts need to be purchased from outside.The number of parts suppliers purchased by global company A in China is more than 150,and the annual purchasing cost accounts for about 70%of the total cost of the enterprise.Although at present the company's purchasing strategy is relatively simple and does not form an effective purchasing strategy.Therefore,this paper studies the purchasing strategy of global company A in China based on the author's practical experience in global company A and consulting relevant literature.This paper is divided into six sections,the first section is the introduction,including the research background,research methods,research content,etc.The second section is the related theory and research summary,mainly for the strategic management theory and the related research summary of the purchasing strategy of transnational corporations.The third section is the analysis of the development status of global company A in China.This paper introduces the development status of global company A in China,and analyses the problems faced by their development The fourth section is the analysis of the strategic environment for the development of transnational corporations.Using PEST analysis and Porter's "Five Forces" model to analyze the macro environment and industry competition environment,lay the foundation for the company to formulate the correct development strategy.The fifth section is global company A competitive strategy choice.Through SWOT analysis,the company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats are found,and corresponding development strategies are formulated according to the research results.The sixth section is the implementation of the development strategy of global company A.To clarify the company's development goals and positioning,and elaborate the measures that the company should take to implement the development strategy.
