With the development of national economy and tourism,in order to give full play to the promotion and coordination of tourism to the regional economy,global tourism has become a new theory,new model,new way and new strategy of domestic tourism development.Therefore,the development of domestic tourism has entered a completely new stage.In this context,as an important carrier and one of the three pillars of tourism development,tourist attractions are facing new challenges while meeting new development opportunities.Global tourism is to deepen the development of tourism,not only put forward higher requirements for the quality of tourism,but also require and promote the current tourism destination from a single attraction to the development of the region.As a result,the governance environment of scenic spots has become more complex.First of all,the quality of tourism from all walks of life is becoming more and more demanding.Secondly,the stakeholder composition of tourist attractions is also more diverse.Finally,due to the increasing self-awareness of local residents in the scenic spot,their interests and appeals have also undergone major changes.It is found that the research and application of stakeholder theory is lagging behind,especially in the background of domestic tourism.Therefore,it is worth studying the stakeholders in the operation of tourist company scenic spots.Based on the management theory and stakeholder theory,this paper takes HSL tourism company's scenic spot management practice as an example,and draws on the literature and research methods of domestic and foreign scenic spot management and stakeholder research.This paper analyzes the conflicts,causes and interests of stakeholders in the operation of HSL tourist attractions.In the new tourism development background,this paper redefines the stakeholder types in the operation of HSL tourism company's scenic spot.In order to ensure the healthy,stable and sustainable development of HSL tourism company's scenic spots,by discussing how to effectively balance the interests of stakeholders in HSL scenic spots,we seek and build a stakeholder coordination mechanism for HSL tourism company's scenic spots.Through stakeholder research,we have clarified the actual problems faced by stakeholders in the operation of HSL tourist attractions,systematically proposed stakeholder conflict resolution methods and established and improved stakeholder coordination and guarantee mechanisms.It has practical guiding significance to the operation of HSL tourist company scenic spot.Stakeholder research in the context of global tourism is a further expansion and supplement to the research and application of stakeholder theory in domestic tourism.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter expounds the research background,significance,purpose,current situation of domestic and foreign research,research methods and ideas.The second chapter expounds the theoretical knowledge of stakeholders in detail.The third chapter through HSL tourist company scenic spot business practice case analysis,redefine the new period stakeholder boundary.The fourth chapter aims at the boundary division and appeal of stakeholders in the operation of scenic spots in the new period,and seeks out and constructs the stakeholder coordination mechanism in the operation of scenic spots.Chapter 5 summarizes the full text.
