The Research Of The Coordinated Development On Stakeholders In Qinghai Tourism Scenic Area

This article through the literature research of tourism scenic area stakeholders,combined with field investigation and research of Qinghai tourism scenic area,defines the core stakeholders of Qinghai tourism scenic area.And then based on the analysis of the interests and contrad-iction of the core stakeholders,refines effect factors for the coordinated development of core stakeholders,and to build an assessment system of core stakeholders' coordinated development of Qinghai tourism scenic area.And selects the Qinghai Lake and the Kumbum Monastery of two typical scenic areas in Qinghai as the demonstration sites.Through the comparative study of natural and cultural scenic areas,thus to a more comprehensive assessment system for validation and optimization.Finally,combined with the optimized assessment system,put forward coordinated development plans with pertinence for Qinghai tourism scenic area stakeholders based on the theory of social running.In this article,uses the grey correlation method to establish a comprehensive assessment system of the state of coordinated development about tourism scenic area,and selects the two 5 A-class scenic areas in Qinghai for a verification,the results show that these three factors of interests distribution,supervision level and exercise of power are main hinder factors to the core stakeholders' coordinated development in the Qinghai Lake tourism scenic area;the distribution of interests,power and tourism development are the most important hinder factors to the core stakeholders' coordinated development of Kumbum Monastery scenic area.Through in-depth analysis finding that the problems about interest distribution,environmental protection and regional characteristics are widely existed in the Qinghai tourism scenic areas,and exercise of power,supervision level and other factors,such as tourism development level vary from place to place,the verification results coincide basically with the actual situation of the Qinghai Lake and the Kumbum Monastery scenic area,proved that the assessment system is scientific.On this basis,based on the theory of social running build the comprehensive coordination scheme contains running target,running system,running state and dynamic feedback about coordinated development of Qinghai tourism scenic area stakeholders,providing reference for relevant departments to formulate policies and helpful to promote a coordinative and sustainable development of Qinghai tourism scenic area.
