With the rapid development of China's economy,the performance appraisal system of enterprise managers is playing an increasingly important role in enterprises.Many enterprises have realized the importance of the performance appraisal system of managers.Performance appraisal plays an important role in strengthening core competitiveness and improving organizational performance.Therefore,the core issue of human resource management is performance appraisal.How can we make employee behavior meet the needs of strategic development?Obviously,reasonable performance appraisal has been playing an important and positive role in motivating,developing and guiding employees'behaviors.AK company middle managers performance evaluation based on the research for the purpose,according to the actual situation,company with scientific performance evaluation theory and method of weight coefficient of each index through AHP method to use 360-degree performance evaluation method to design the AK company middle managers performance evaluation system,and applied to pr-actice,and according to the final assessment results effective Suggestions and m-easures are put forward.Firstly,through statistical analysis of background data and questionnaire sur-vey of middle management personnel in AK company,problems existing in indi-cators,forms,cycles and methods of performance assessment of middle manage-ment personnel in AK company were found out.Secondly,using the analytic hi-erarchy process(AHP)according to the characteristics of the middle managers to determine the index weight,and establish a new evaluation standards,and by 360-degree evaluation method,the direct leadership of middle managers,subor-dinates,on his/her staff at the same level as well as the setting of weights are given to the assessment scope again by fuzzy evaluation method to analysis of the assessment results.Finally,in the standardization of the appraisal feedback mechanism,using the results of the diversification,the inspection supervision and strict complaints mechanism of examination system based on the premise of im-plementation,through a series of performance appraisal system of organization,leadership,ideas,system and culture of five aspects,such as security,to smooth the latest AK company to implement performance appraisal system.One of the most critical factors for the success and smooth implementation of performance appraisal is how to rationally apply the results of performance appraisal.If the application is not reasonable,then the effect of performance appraisal will be di-scounted.Unable to motivate the performance improvement and ability improvement of the examinee.This paper explores a set of performance appraisal model in line with the management characteristics of middle management personnel for AK Company through case analysis of general common performance appraisal indicators for middle management personnel of AK Company.Through practice verification,the recognition and cooperation degree of middle management personnel for performance appraisal is enhanced,the performance of the whole staff of the company is improved,and then the core competitiveness of AK Company in the industry is improved.
