Risk Research On Supply Chain Finance Business Of W Logistics Enterprise

As a new financing mode,supply chain finance solves the problem of capital shortage of enterprises in the supply chain.Through the development of supply chain financial business,financial institutions provide financial products.Financing enterprises acquire loan qualifications to purchase financial products of financial institutions according to the transactions between buyers and sellers,so as to ensure the stability and firmness of the enterprise capital chain.The enterprises involved in the supply chain financial business generally include financial institutions,financing enterprises,core enterprises and third-party logistics enterprises.The third-party logistics enterprises not only provide logistics transport services and warehousing supervision services,but also play an important role in the supply chain financial business as agents of financial institutions and supervisors of financing enterprises.Therefore,the efficient development of supply chain financial business can not be separated from the normal operation and effective coordination of third-party logistics enterprises.In this process,the third-party logistics enterprises are inevitably faced with many risks,and the risk research of the third-party logistics enterprises has become one of the important topics of the supply chain financial business research.W logistics enterprises play a connecting role in the supply chain financial business,which can be said to be a role of transmission and lead.W logistics enterprise manages the fund flow and logistics of supply chain system,grasps the uncontrollable risk of each enterprise in the supply chain financial system as the controllable risk of the whole supply chain,and controls the overall risk to the minimum by obtaining various kinds of information.As a bridge connecting the financial business of supply chain,W logistics enterprises use high-quality resources of enterprises to avoid the adverse factors brought by transaction risks in the whole supply chain financial system to other enterprises in the supply chain,and ensure the smooth operation of the financial business of supply chain by strengthening the control of their own risks.This paper takes W logistics enterprises as the main body,constructs the risk index system for W logistics enterprises to carry out the supply chain financial business,and puts forward some suggestions to guarantee and control the supply chain financial risk of W logistics enterprises.Firstly,it explains the background and significance of this study,summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,and then determines the content and research methods of this study.Secondly,it introduces and analyses the relevant theories of supply chain finance,third-party logistics enterprises in supply chain finance and supply chain financial risk management,which lays a good theoretical foundation for further research.Thirdly,after introducing the basic situation and operation business of W logistics enterprise and analyzing the current situation of developing supply chain finance business,this paper analyses three financing modes of W logistics enterprise in developing supply chain finance business,summarizes and summarizes the risks in the process of business occurrence according to business process,and identifies the risks.Finally,it establishes the index system of supply chain finance risk of W logistics enterprise.Based on the questionnaire data and the SPSS software,the reliability and validity of the index system are analyzed,and the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the index quantitatively.In this way,according to the quantitative results of the index importance and influence degree data,risk safeguard measures are put forward for W logistics enterprises to carry out the supply chain finance business,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the whole supply chain finance.
