With the rapid development of society and economy,people have more and more profound understanding of the concept of a powerful nation in science and technology,and the demand for scientific researchers in countries around the world is increasing day by day.However,nowadays,society’s demand for talents is no longer limited to a certain organization or field,but the pursuit of new talent with high-quality,high-vision,high-innovation.As the birthplace of scientific research personnel,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the all-round development and continuous improvement of talents,enhance the ability of scientific research and innovation in colleges and universities,strengthen the faculty level of teachers and reserve military strength,and continuously transport excellent talents to the country.And lay a solid foundation for the creation of "double first-class" colleges and universities.In recent years,the state and universities have increased funding for scientific research,subsidized mobile-learning and academic exchanges among scientific researchers in colleges and universities,and vigorously advocate interdisciplinary research to maximize the innovative potential of scientific researchers.Therefore,the influence of the mobility of researchers on their scientific research capability has become a key research point.This study uses quantitative research methods to focus on the influence of the mobility of scientific research personnel on their scientific research results.Through the collection of the resume data and paper publications of 400 university teachers,the paper extracts the space,the subject and the occupation movement in the course of their study and work,uses correlation analysis and regression analysis to determine the key mobile factors that affect the achievements of the scientific research personnel,Then,the difference test and the mean value analysis are carried out on the factors that have significant influences,and further illustrating the significant difference between each moving factor on the scientific research results.The research shows that the spatial mobility and the subject mobility of the university teachers have a significant positive effect on their scientific research results.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: First,strengthen the scientific research consciousness of the university teachers,balance the relationship between teaching and scientific research;Improve the reward to encourage teachers to increase their scientific research results and to improve the quality of the scientific research.Second,improve the mobile ability of the teachers,pay attention to the establishment of a friendly long-term cooperative relationship with other universities,especially those excellent in other countries,and advocate teachers to actively participate in visiting and learning activities,and also strengthen the attention to the recruitment of graduates from other schools.The Ministry of Education of the State should also organize more exchanges and interactions among universities and colleges and provide the teachers with a wide range of visiting projects and increase the investment funds.Third,strengthen the cross-study research,universities should attach importance to the multi-disciplinary cross-research project,and set up more cross-disciplinary courses for students and teachers,and the national education department should also provide financial support for the cross-disciplinary research of the university teachers,and conduct more interdisciplinary exchange conferences.Strengthen the multi-disciplinary knowledge reserves of the scientific researchers,and contribute to the cause of scientific research.Through the research and suggestions of this paper,it is hoped to provide the theoretical support for the creation of "double first-class" universities and the establishment of the national high-quality talents development policy. |
