With the development of manufacturing industry, supply chain's distribution tends to be globalized, supply chain operation management has become an important research direction in the field of management. In recent years, various types of emergencies have occurred frequently, which has had a great impact on the operation of the supply chain. The operation of the supply chain faces various uncertainties.Risks in supply chain management are objective, how to manage supply chain risks scientifically and effectively and ensure the normal operation of supply chain is an important part of enterprise management. Some scholars have studied the identification of supply chain risks, the selection of risk mitigation strategies and risk assessments around supply chain risk management.Existing research on supply chain risk management has less considered the application of multiple risk mitigation strategies and the impact of decision-making methods on supply chain risk management. Therefore,in the early stage of supply chain risk management, the risk analysis of supply chain interruption is carried out,the comprehensive risk mitigation strategies are considered in the formulation of risk response plan, which is valuable in theory and practice. This paper studies the risk management of manufacturers under the risk of supply chain disruption and the analysis and response of supply chain disruption risks. The specific work carried out is as follows:A manufacturer's risk response that considers the risk of supply chain disruption is defined. After analyzing the relevant literature on supply chain risk management, this paper summarizes the research status of supply chain risk management based on existing research results. On this basis, combined with the actual background, the problem of supply chain interruption analysis and the choice of manufacturer risk response scheme considering supply chain interruption risk are extracted. In the supply chain disruption risk analysis, the classification of supply chain risks, the information needed for supply chain interruption risk identification, and the technologies and tools that can be used for supply chain risk identification are introduced. This paper introduces the fault tree analysis method to analyze the supply chain interruption risk faced by manufacturers, the supply chain interruption risk assessment model is established based on the fault tree.In the supply chain disruption risk response, two different supply chain risk management decision-making methods: hierarchical decision-making and comprehensive decisionmaking are considered, and three types of interruption risk mitigation strategies: retaining redundant capacity, stocking inventory and enabling alternative manufacturers are proposed in Interruption risk response plan. The sales loss, alternative manufacturer activation cost, the reserve inventory cost, the redundant capacity holding cost were specifically considered in the risk response plan. With the goal of maximizing the profit of supply chain operation,a decision model of manufacturer's risk response plan considering the risk of supply chain interruption is constructed. The optimal risk response plan can be obtained by solving the model. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by an example analysis. The influence of decision-making methods and candidate manufacturer's production delay time on the best interrupt risk response scheme is discussed. This paper studies the assessment and response of supply chain disruption risk, the proposed supply chain disruption risk management method enriches the theory of supply chain risk management and can provide some reference for the development of supply chain disruption risk management.
