Research On The Development Of New Agricultural Management In Longyao County

Longyao County is located in the North China Plain and it is a national advanced county for agricultural production.In recent years,the county's agricultural development has produced a large number of new agricultural business entities such as large professional households,family farms,farmers' professional cooperatives,and agricultural(leading)enterprises,which have brought new impetus to the development of local agricultural modernization.The thesis takes Longyao County's new agricultural management subject as the research object,based on the relevant concepts and theories in the agricultural field,and comprehensively uses research methods such as literature research and questionnaire survey research methods to deeply study the characteristics and development of the new agricultural management subject in this county.This thesis summarize and learn from the advanced practices and construction experience of various new agricultural management entities at home and abroad,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions that are in line with the actual development of the county.There are six suggestions: innovating land circulation system to guide the moderate scale operation of land,improving financial and insurance support for agriculture,adopting standardized operation and management model,speeding up the construction of the talent team,improving the socialized service system,and cultivating the new "Internet +" new agricultural management entities.It is believed that the development of new-type new agricultural management entities is inseparable from the support of various social entities,and the county must strengthen the policy guidance and supporting supply in actual development,and solve the problems in the development of new-type new agricultural management entities through innovative paths.The research's innovation lies in its first focus on the development of new agricultural management entities in the county,paying attention to the combination of innovation and practice,investigating and analyzing the use of the capital,land,labor,and technology by new agricultural management entities,so as to identify problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Due to the limitation of my own ability level and other objective conditions,this study has deficiencies.One is the lack ofinnovation in research methods.This thesis mainly uses the literature method and questionnaire survey method,which is relatively simple.Second,the data collection and data analysis are is relatively rough,and the research is not deep enough.The county's research in this field needs to be further deepened and expanded with the continuous development of new agricultural management entities.
