Researching On Three-level Supply Chain Contract Coordination Of Considering The Average Activity Index And Sales Effort Level

"Material activity" and "number of material operation procedures" are important indicators for measuring the unitization of logistics containerization in the supply chain.The improvement of material activity and the compression of the logistics lead time and the reduction of the number of operation procedures are the keys to promoting the development of unitized logistics.Relevant scholars mentioned the term "material activity" in supply chain management very early,and analyzed "material activity" and "number of operations" from a qualitative perspective,but ignored its practical application in the supply chain system.Studies have shown that retailers can increase their sales efforts to increase their own profits and the overall benefits of the supply chain system.Above all,from the perspective of the principle of logistics unitization,this paper considers the impact of the two factors of average activity index improvement effort and sales effort on the three-tier supply chain,and aims at the three-tier composition of producers-logistics service providers-retailers.Discuss the issue of supply chain contract coordination.First,a three-level supply chain basic model considering the average activity index improvement effort and sales effort under the e-commerce platform was constructed.Secondly,it analyzes the decision variables and optimal profit size of the three-level supply chain in the basic model in the decentralized and centralized mode.Then,based on the advantages and disadvantages of decentralized and centralized decision-making in the three-tier supply chain,with centralized decision-making as the benchmark,the introduction of "cost sharing+revenue sharing" for contract coordination,and achieved conditional Pareto improvement.Finally,by setting the parameter values,it is verified that in the decentralized and centralized decision-making mode,the relevant decision variables and profit values are proportional to the average activity index increase effort and sales effort;the introduction of the "cost sharing+revenue sharing" contract model can be Achieve conditional Pareto improvement and achieve three-level supply chain coordination;the contract model's cost sharing and revenue sharing distribution ratio is within a certain range,and the profit value of the supply chain members is always better than the profit value under decentralized decision and close to The profit value of each member under the centralized decision;the contract model can change the internal price system of the supply chain to achieve the purpose of boosting unitized logistics and improving the performance of the three-tier supply chain system.
