Research On Contracts And Optimization Problem Of Supply Chains With RFID

The objective of this paper is a two-echelon supply chain with the Radio Frequency Identification.Put forward the cost sharing contract and carbon quota sharing contract.This should establish a manufacturer-retailer two-level supply chain model based on supply chain cost sharing contract,on a revenue sharing contract,and on carbon quota sharing contract.This research would do analysis on both cases of with and without carbon control by the government,and the supply chain coordination problem of wholesale price contract and cost sharing contract under these two circumstances.This paper express conclusions in the following:Under the cost sharing contract mechanism,supply chains that do not use RFID technology,the supply chain cost sharing contract listed previously would not be coordinative.However,for the application of RFID technology,supply chain cost sharing contract may achieve supply chain coordination,and through the calculation of the application of RFID supply chain harmonized cost allocation rate.Revenue sharing contract that cannot be applied in the supply chain of RPID technology is likely to achieve supply chain coordination.The benefit of sharing contract of RFID technology supply chain may also achieve supply chain coordination and deduce the benefit sharing rate of coordination between the two supply chain systems.By comparing the expected profit,it can be concluded that the introduction of RFID technology can improve the overall benefits of the supply chain.Under the carbon quota sharing contract mechanism,the supply chains with and without application of the RFID could eventually be coordinated.In addition,this could deduce the unit carbon trading price to coordinate the two supply chains.From the study of the wholesale price contract and the cost of the contract,we get the optimal order quantity of the RFID technology supply chain system under the conditions of with and without limitation of carbon quota,and use the wholesale price that from application of RFID technology supply chain system.Through analysis,it is concluded that under the condition of carbon limitation by the government,the maximum production of the product under limitation would not be higher than the maximum production without the carbon limitation.The government's carbon quota policy can reduce the amount of carbon emissions in the supply chain system and achieve the ultimate goal of minimizing environmental impacts when the carbon limit is lower than the optimal yield.
