With the development of the interconnection era and the continuous influx of new employees,the status of employees in the enterprise is constantly improving.Employees are increasingly emphasizing the realization of personal value in their work,expecting to participate in company decision-making and achieve self-management.And the expansion of Internet technology makes the information between leaders and employees more balanced,and the relationship between leaders and employees presents a new trend: Leadership from Authoritative Control to Open and Inclusive,employees from passive obedience to active follow.Based on the new trend of the relationship between leadership and employees,this study studies the relationship among Inclusive Leadership,Cultural Atmosphere of Wuwei and Following Behavior from three levels: leadership,organization and employees.Firstly,through the interpretation of Inclusive Leadership and Following Behavior,the concepts and structures related to this study are refined,and the theoretical basis of the study is laid.Secondly,this paper interprets the idea of Wuwei,extracts the connotation and dimension of Wuwei culture atmosphere from the application of Taoist thought in management,and then designs the relevant measurement scale according to the dimension.Thirdly,through reasoning and analyzing the relationship among Inclusive Leadership,Cultural Atmosphere of Wuwei and Following Behavior,relevant hypotheses are put forward and theoretical models are designed.Fourthly,through the collected data,the theoretical model and hypothesis are verified by empirical analysis,and the unsustainable hypothesis is analyzed,from which conclusions are drawn and practical suggestions are put forward.Through empirical analysis,the innovative argument is drawn that " Inclusive Leadership can promote Following Behavior,while Cultural Atmosphere of Wuwei plays a part of intermediary role in the process of Inclusive Leadership promoting Following Behavior ".Through the relationship among the sub-dimensions of each variable,we further get the influencing factors of self-drive and the ways to promote it.Then we suggest that leaders should not completely "let go" when promoting employees' self-drive,but should change from "managers" to "guides" to help employees achieve self-management.
