At present,the competition in the world is becoming increasingly fierce,and the role of innovation is particularly prominent.In order to make our country develop well and quickly,the innovation strategy must arouse enough attention.Only when the innovation ability of enterprises is improved and the importance of innovation is strengthened can the innovation strategy be gradually realized.Of course,it is not easy for enterprises to improve their innovation ability.It requires the collective efforts of all employees to promote innovation in practice.When the innovation willingness and behavior of employees are encouraged and supported,the overall innovation ability of enterprises will be greatly improved.Throughout the development of China in recent years,the innovation level of enterprises has been steadily improved,including enterprises pay more and more attention to innovation,invest more funds,and actively pay attention to the latest innovation trends,which greatly promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.However,compared with enterprises with a high level of innovation in the world,Chinese enterprises still have a long way to go in terms of innovation,and there are still many problems,including lack of innovation funds and brain drain.Previous studies have shown that inclusive leadership has a positive impact on innovation atmosphere and employees' psychological security.So is inclusive leadership a positive influence on innovation? Based on this,this paper discusses the relationship between the two and studies the measures to promote the innovation behavior of employees.Based on social learning theory and social exchange theory,this paper constructs a research model of how inclusive leadership mediated by error communication and adjusted by learning ability influences employees' innovation behavior.We adopted the questionnaire method to analyze the valid questionnaires filled out by 320 employees from Hubei,Beijing,Henan,Shandong,Shenzhen and other provinces and cities.Inclusive leadership has significant positive influence on error communication.Error communication is partly mediated by the relationship between inclusive leadership and innovation behavior;Individual learning ability positively moderates the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee innovation behavior.In this paper,we study inclusive leadership and employee innovative behavior,the relationship between innovation may exist in the following four aspects: first,the new research Angle of view,to form a new framework,from the point of view of leadership and management,personal ability,etc,returned to the enterprises how to improve innovation ability of this problem,a comprehensive systematically discusses the interaction between the variables,it is an important innovation;Secondly,the introduction of error communication as a mediating variable in the study of the relationship between the two is the enrichment and perfection of the study.Thirdly,individual learning ability is taken as a moderating variable to study the changes in the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee innovation behavior.Finally,based on China's national conditions,this paper discusses measures to promote employees' innovative behaviors,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions such as strengthening inclusive leadership training,creating a positive atmosphere for error communication,and encouraging employees to continue learning.
