With the rapid development of economy and society,the domestic general aviation industry has developed rapidly,and the national,provincial and municipal governments have successively issued relevant supporting policies.The domestic general aviation industry is facing unprecedented development opportunities.During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,Jiangxi Province made aviation industry as an important growth pole for future industrial development,and the development of aviation industry was timely.As one of the few domestic R&D and manufacturing enterprises of four fixed-wing aircraft,Jiangxi GY's strong R&D and technological advantages have brought huge development space for the company's future development.The enterprise has a broad development prospect and a good situation.However,we also need to see that the development of the company is still facing problems such as lack of high-end technology,difficulty in breaking wall,imperfect human resources management system and high operating costs.How to make use of the existing advantages to overcome the problems and challenges in the future development of the company,foster strengths and avoid weaknesses,seek benefits and avoid disadvantages,and walk out of the strategic road suitable for the company's own development has become the top priority.The author of this paper,through his own professional theoretical knowledge,combined with post practical experience,visited the enterprise deeply,and used logical analysis method to first systematically expound the strategic management theory.Then used PEST and five forces model analysis methods respectively to conduct in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment in which GY is located,and elaborated in detail the opportunities and challenges,advantages and disadvantages currently existing in the company.Finally,using SWOT matrix analysis method,the company's future development strategy is obtained:Jiangxi GY will make full use of its own brand performance,operation management,technology research and development as well as its late-development advantages,on the basis of continuing to deeply cultivate the competitiveness of four fixed-wing aircraft development,seize the excellent opportunity of Jiangxi province's strategic deployment to build an aviation leading industry,and strive to make new breakthroughs in new aircraft research and development,new market development,diversified business strategic deployment and product internationalization.Through the development of diversified businesses,efforts will be made to enhance the comprehensive strength and overall competitiveness of enterprises.For the company's current shortcomings and deficiencies such as difficulty in talent introduction and weak management system,the company should make up for them in a timely manner through such safeguard measures as talent introduction and training,improvement of financial system,improvement of management ability and construction of corporate brand culture,and strive to provide strong support for the company's diversified transformation and effectively promote the company's steady,rapid and sustainable development.
