| The real estate industry is gradually moving from the golden age to the silver age,and the whole industry is gradually developing towards the direction of rationalization and health.In order to actively respond to the fierce market competition,the major real estate enterprises began to develop towards the brand and scale,at the same time they pay attention to internal management.The previously barbaric and extensive management methods is gradually replaced by the refined,modern and scientific management mode.It is a mainstream choice for real estate enterprises to improve their financial management level by implementing the financial module of ERP system,because it plays an important role in centralized business accounting and decision analysis.This dissertation carries out a case study based on the implementation of SAP-ERP financial module in Y group,a real estate giant.Firstly,by studying the domestic and foreign literature in recent years about ERP financial management,this dissertation discusses the influencing factors,implementation strategies and implementation effects of SAP-ERP financial module,which lays a theoretical foundation and points out the research direction for the following case analysis.Secondly,the dissertation introduces the reasons and the process of implementing SAP financial module in Y group,analyzes its specific application in the business process of six sub-modules of Y group:general ledger,cost,budget,capital,receivables and payables.Thirdly,it analyzes the effect of Y group's implementation of SAP financial module and the problems existing in the application process,which mainly focus on three aspects:information management and communication,financial personnel's understanding of the new system and operation management of the financial system.Finally,the dissertation analyzes the causes of the existing problems,and puts forward the improvement countermeasures:improving the basic data management system,unify the data standards,building the industry finance exchange platform,facilitating the integration of industry and finance;Strengthening the internal guidance of the group,improving the comprehensive ability of financial personnel and enhance the training effect through multiple channels;Strengthening the effective integration of the financial system,improving the system of maintenance system,and ensuring the stable,healthy and effective operation of the system to meet the needs of the group's financial management.At the same time,it hopes that it can provide some reference for real estate enterprises to implement SAP financial module. |
