| Nowadays,the development of social economy not only brings dividends to enterprises,but also changes the management situation of various industries,and impels enterprises to make strategic adjustments.Compared with single operation,diversification strategy can help enterprises to establish internal market,make full use of resources,disperse some non-systematic risks,and find new profit space to play the advantage of synergy effect.Food industry is one of the expenditure industry of national economy,and it is also the key industry of macro policy orientation at present,so it is very important to study the influence of diversification strategy of food industry on enterprise performance in our country.This paper takes Shuanghui,one of the leading enterprises in the food industry,as the research object,discusses the development course,motivation and rationality of its diversification strategy,and then uses three kinds of measurement methods to evaluate Shuanghui's financial performance from different perspectives.The financial index focuses on the specific aspects of the enterprise's financial situation,operating results,cash flow and so on,moreover,tobin Q places emphasis on on the overall value of the enterprise,while EVA pays attention to the enterprise's ability to create residual value.In the process of case analysis,this paper focuses on the combination of shuanghui diversification process in different stages of the major events to study its impact on financial performance,reached a basic consistent conclusion that the related diversification to Shuanghui's financial performance has improved.Finally,according to the conclusion of shuanghui's case,it is suggested that we should give full play to the core competitive advantage of the main industry,grasp the rhythm of diversification and carry out related diversification operations,providing a reference for the selection of diversification strategy of Chinese food enterprises... |
