| The rural minimum living security system is an important part of the rural social security system implemented in China.The establishment and implementation of the security system aims to help the rural poor to solve the basic survival problems.With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of the comprehensive national strength,there are many new contradictions and problems in the process of rural management,which bring great difficulties to the management of rural society.At the same time,there are many unreasonable phenomena and problems in the operation of the rural minimum living security system,which need to be improved.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,equity and efficiency theory,dual economy theory and public goods theory,this paper selected H town of Tai’an as the research area,deeply studied the problems in the operation of the rural minimum living security system in H town and proposed measures to solve these problems.Firstly,the significance of this research for the operation of the rural minimum living security system in this region was expounded.The research status at home and abroad was analyzed.The technical route,the core concepts and theories used in this research were expounded.Secondly,it briefly summarized the operation of the rural minimum living security system in H town of Tai’an and affirms the achievements made.Thirdly,reliable data were obtained through the questionnaire,and the problems in different aspects of the rural minimum living security system in H town of Tai’an were found by summarizing and analyzing the data.At the same time,the causes were analyzed in detail.Finally,on the basis of quantitative and qualitative research,combined with the relevant research results of other scholars,this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the rural minimum living security system in H town of Tai’an from the three levels of superior government,H town government and society. |
