A Study On The Development Model Of The Rural Collective Economy In The Zhaohua District Of Guangyuan City

At present,major breakthroughs have been made in the strategy of combating poverty,and the strategy of rural revitalization is poised to take off.The development of the rural collective economy has become an important link for China to promote rural economic and social development,increase farmers' income,and fully realize a well-off society.Strengthen the party's cohesion with rural grassroots organizations,strengthen the party's important material guarantee for the ruling foundation in the countryside,and advance the material foundation for the construction of a new socialist countryside.In recent years,the party and the government have attached great importance to how to get rid of poverty for farmers,how to revitalize rural areas,how to upgrade industries,and how to grow the collective economy.The Central Document No.1 of 2019 specifically pointed out that deepening the reform of the rural collective property rights system and fully completing the liquidation,capital verification,member definition and equity quantification of rural collective assets in China.The development and growth of the rural collective economy is an important link to promote poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and at the same time,effectively promote the modernization of agricultural and rural development.Therefore,the development and growth of rural collective economy is of practical urgency and necessity.This article takes Zhaohua District of Guangyuan City as a research area to discuss the rural collective economic development model.This article consists of six parts: first,analyze the current status,existing problems,development models and future development trends of rural collective economy at home and abroad;second,sort out the definition and theoretical basis of rural collective economy related concepts;third,briefly analyze Zhaohua The current situation of rural collective economic development in the district;fourth,survey and analysis of the five modes in Zhaohua District to understand the basic situation,development characteristics,main practices and effects,model comparison and experience summary of typical villages;The comprehensive evaluation method and other qualitative and quantitative methods are used to evaluate the performance of the model and extract the differences and commonality,operability and applicability,effectiveness and scientificity of the model.Sixth,make policy recommendations for existing problems.
