Study On The Development Of Collective Economy In The Poor Village Of Liang Qing District Of Nanning

The collective economic income of impoverished villages is one of the important evaluation indexes of getting rid of poverty in poor villages.Since March 2016,I served as the first Secretary of QiaobanVillage,Datang Town,Liangqing District of Nanning.Development of the collective economy is the key and difficult point in the work.The purpose of this study is to find the regularity of the collective economy development of the poor village,in order to achieve the theory from practice and theory to guide practice.This paper selects the collective economic development of 4 poor villages of Liangqing District as the research sample.The collective economic income of the 4 poor villages concentrated between 1-2 million in 2016.I have summed up the 4 modes of development of 4 impoverished village collective economy according to the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and field investigation,and have analyzed some obviously existing problems of the development of the impoverished village collective economy the total amount is small,the lack of guidance,be anxious to achieve quick success and get instant benefits in the current process of combating poverty village,and also have analyzed the main reason of collective economic difficulties in poor villages.Combined with the practice,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the measures of the targeted and operability,and points out the utilization principle and supervision measures of collective economic income.The innovation of this paper lies in the development of collective economy in poverty alleviation in the background of the times.According to the theoretical analysis and experience,this paper points out the government,market,and the poor villages themselves should be how to accurately grasp the role orientation in the development of collective economy.In this paper,the basic conclusion is that we must grasp the following key points in order to get a good development of collective economy of the poor villages:first,productivity is the core;second,means of production is the basic;third,adjust measures to local conditions;fourth,not only "blood transfusion”,but also "hematopoietic";fifth,handle the relationship well between government and market.
