| The pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is an important industry related to people's livelihood,which is closely related to our lives.In recent years,with the Chinese government paying more and more attention to the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises have ushered in new opportunities and challenges.In the face of various medical and health reform measures and the internal integration of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,financial strategy plays a more and more important role in the development of enterprises.Financial strategy is long-term and comprehensive,and can allocate enterprise resources rationally.enterprise financial strategy is closely related to the whole process of enterprise production and management,and its implementation effect directly affects the value creation ability of the enterprise.In order to make the enterprise continuously improve and improve its financial strategy,clarify and improve its development goals,it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the enterprise's financial strategy.In this paper,ZD company in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is selected as the research object,and its financial strategy is studied and analyzed according to the information in the financial statements of ZD company.for enterprises,we can more accurately evaluate the implementation effect of its financial strategy.Find the shortcomings of the financial strategy,and then further adjust and improve it in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and maximize the value of enterprises.Therefore,it is of certain theoretical and practical significance to analyze and evaluate the financial strategy of enterprises.The article first introduces the basic situation of ZD Company and summarizes the development process of ZD Company,and uses PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model to analyze the macro environment of ZD Company and the current situation of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Secondly,it combines the life cycle theory and financial strategy matrix.The life cycle of ZD company is judged from the cash flow,the change of sales trend,the added value of economy and the ability of sustainable growth.Thirdly,according to the life cycle stage of ZD company,this paper makes a concrete analysis on the current financial strategy of ZD company from three aspects: investment,financing and dividend distribution strategy.Finally,this paper uses the grey correlation analysis method to distribute the weight of ZD company'sfinancial strategy index,and combines the efficiency coefficient method to comprehensively evaluate the implementation of ZD company's financial strategy.The results show that ZD Company is currently in the growth period,and the implementation effect of its financial strategy needs to be further improved.in terms of investment strategy,ZD Company has imprecise investment project design,long investment payback period and low utilization rate of funds.In terms of financing,ZD Company has unreasonable financing methods,single financing structure and high liquidity risk.In the aspect of dividend distribution,the dividend distribution mode of ZD Company is unreasonable,and some suggestions are put forward for these problems.it includes strengthening the investment evaluation of enterprises,controlling the investment scale,peeling off inefficient assets,reducing the loss of funds,strictly controlling the use of funds,striving for policy support and adopting the distribution of residual dividends,and so on.To sum up,through the analysis and evaluation of ZD company's financial strategy,we can find the shortcomings of ZD company in the process of financial strategy formulation and implementation,and put forward corresponding optimization suggestions to gradually improve ZD company's financial strategy.so that ZD company can enhance its competitiveness in the environment full of opportunities and challenges,and realize the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise. |
