Farmers' professional cooperatives are a new type of business entity that promotes China's agricultural construction.It aims to promote China's agricultural construction.It main goal is to provide services for members and continuously increase their economic income.The "Central No.1" document in 2019 mentions the priority to be given to the development of agriculture and rural areas and the work of "three rural issues." Emphasis was placed on the development of new rural service industries,including support for farmers professional cooperatives,agricultural service companies.To carry out agricultural technology promotion as a priority.The "Central No.1" document in 2020 proposed that the state support farmers cooperatives,family farms and leading enterprises in the construction of storage and transportation,and major primary processing facilities.Among them members are not only an important part of the cooperative,but also an indispensable part of the cooperative's development needs.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the satisfaction of the members of the cooperative service,seek to promote a more effective development approach for farmers professional cooperatives and take measures to support the development of farmers cooperatives.First of all,the domestic and foreign research on the development status of cooperative services,cooperative service functions and members' satisfaction with cooperative documents.Secondly,we understand the basic status and existing problems of the services provided by Qiqihar Farmer Planting Cooperatives through field investigations,and collect relevant data in the form of questionnaires.Construct a binary logistic model,and find out the significant factors that affect the members' satisfaction with the cooperative's service from the 19 dimensions of the cooperative's basic characteristics,service process,service results,management,and government support.The results of the study show that the types of promoters of the cooperative,the government publicity of the cooperative relevant policies in the cooperative,whether the cooperative provides financial services,information services,whether the cooperative has rules and regulations,the chairman operating capacity,and whether he has a better understanding of agricultural policies are the most significant.Based on the above conclusions,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are to strengthen the government propaganda and guidance policies for the cooperative;strengthen the government support for the cooperative;strengthen the cooperative provision of information services and financial services;improve the cooperative service system and improve service quality;actively encourage A variety of promoter types co-found a cooperative;improve managers' management skills;the cooperative establishes reasonable rules and regulations.By improving the service quality and efficiency of the cooperative,improving the training and management of the chairman,and increasing government support,the satisfaction of the members is improved.
