In the four decades of reform and opening up,China has been working tirelessly on the road against poverty.In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategic idea of"precision poverty alleviation".The work of helping the poor has made decisive progress,but from the overall goal of achieving the goal of all the poor people entering a well-off society together in 2020,the task is still very arduous.Especially,at present,there are no houses in rural areas and a large number of households with dangerous houses in our country.Rural housing,as the rigid demand of farmers,has become a roadblock on the road of getting rid of poverty.Housing security assistance is different from income relief in the past The cash payment type social assistance pays more attention to the vulnerable group basic survival right,studies the countryside housing security question,is advantageous to enrich the poverty alleviation connotation,carries out the peasant household housing demand,promotes the countryside prosperity and prosperity.Starting from Maslow's three basic theories of demand level,bottom line fairnessand state intervention,taking T County as an example,the paper gives an overview of T County,the situation of poverty alleviation in recent two years,and the current local changes in poverty alleviation and relocation,and the reconstruction of dangerous houses.The three housing security models of the Happiness Institute were introduced,and the methods of literature analysis,case analysis,and questionnaire survey were used to analyze the housing quality,the financial pressure caused by housing,the progress of the project,and the satisfaction of the masses.This paper makes a comparative analysis of five aspects of housing stability,analyzes the problems existing by the government,third party and the masses under the three housing security models,and draws lessons from the typical experiences and practices of the rural housing security at home and abroad,and then aims at each model.Existing problems,exploring operable countermeasures,contributing theoretical reference and practical guidance for rural housing security model.At present,in the area of poverty alleviation,more research on poverty alleviation in industry,poverty alleviation in tourism development,poverty alleviation in education,less research on housing security,more research on urban housing and less research on rural housing in the field of housing security.In this paper,the combination of precision poverty alleviation and rural housing security research,from the perspective of topics,there are possible innovations.In addition,choosing T county as a state-level poor county to study,to a certain extent,reflects the actual problems in the field of housing security in some poor areas and rural areas of the country,and has a certain representation in the object of study.
