Research On The Supervision Of Food Circulation Safety In Huimin County

Food safety is the most important thing in life.It concerns the health and safety of the 1.3 billion-plus Chinese people,and must be highly valued..As a bridge between food production and mass consumption,food circulation links involve many links such as wholesale,operation,distribution and storage,which increases the difficulty of food circulation safety supervision and becomes a major disaster area with frequent food safety problems.Especially in recent years,frequent circulation of food safety accidents,such as "five hair" food,smuggled frozen meat,such as the outbreak of food safety accidents,selling food,drug residues,overweight,additives,use non-standard problems have occurred,the imperfection of the legal system,the consumer rights protection is not positive,supervision mechanism is not flexible,the lack of strict supervision law enforcement.Some food operators are mercenary,grass-roots supervision and technology is difficult to meet the demand...These problems make the food circulation safety become the hot issue that the whole society pays close attention to.To change this situation,governments at all levels have taken many measures.However,the high frequency and wide scope of food safety outbreaks also indicate that China's food circulation safety supervision level needs to be further improved and enhanced.In such a complicated background,This paper uses the methods of literature research,comparative research and questionnaire,based on the macroscopic background of food circulation regulation in China and the circulation of food safety supervising actuality in Huimin county,analyzes the current situation of food circulation operators,government supervision,law enforcement and case handling and consumer participation in Huimin county,sums up the problems of food circulation safety supervision in Huimin county,and analyzes its reason,in combination with the main methods of the circulation of food safety supervision at domestic and foreign advanced city,put forward effective strategies to improve the level of food circulation safety supervision in huimin county from five aspects:improving the food safety system,strengthening the efficiency of food circulation supervision,increasing the investment of food circulation supervision technology,strengthening the training and education of food circulation operators,and implementing the social co-governance of food circulation safety.At the same time,this paper provides theoretical reference for deepening the reform of food safety supervision system and improving the food safety supervision system.
