The report of the 19th National Congress of the Party states that Issues relating to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people are fundamental to China as they directly concern our country's stability and our people's wellbeing.Addressing these issues should have a central place on the work agenda of the Party,and we must prioritize the development of agriculture and rural areas.Dandong City,Liaoning Province is the starting point of the Chinese coastline.It is located in the center of Northeast Asia and is an important meeting point between the Northeast Asian economic circle and the Bo Sea and the Yellow Sea economic circle.The climate is suitable and the soil is fertile.In recent years,Dandong has vigorously developed strawberry planting,created Dandong strawberry brands,and promoted farmers in various townships to grow strawberries to achieve increased employment.Strawberry cultivation has been at the forefront of the country.Base on industry theory and supply chain management theory,this paper explore the Dandong strawberry industry's developing situation of supply and demands in Dandong county,take strawberry planting in Dandong City of Liaoning Province as the research object,this paper explores the optimal new management mode and operation mechanism of the local strawberry supply chain behind the Dandong strawberry brand formed in recent years.Systematically of using the method of questionnaire survey,using SPSS statistics software,SWOT analysis means and other analytical methods to study the management model structure of Dandong strawberry planting agricultural industry supply chain,and finally put forward six operational mechanisms,and on the basis of fully researching the domestic and international agricultural supply chain industry operation,combined The actual situation of agricultural development in Dandong area,and put forward reasonable suggestions and corresponding improvement measures for the management and operation mechanism of strawberry planting agricultural supply chain.The logical order of this paper as following:Firstly,introducing the background and significance of the research,the research ideas and methods,and at the same time introduces the current research status at home and abroad,and provides a strong theoretical support for the construction of the Dandong strawberry supply chain operation mechanism.After that,through consulting relevant literature and materials,from agriculture Supply chain analysis of supply and consumption behavior,and then analyze the characteristics and existing problems of Dandong strawberry's overall supply chain.SWOT analysis of current Dandong strawberry supply chain management model,drawing on the US and Japan's fruit supply chain management operation mechanism,building for the latter the six operational mechanisms of Dandong Strawberry Supply Chain provide theoretical and practical basis.Finally,aiming at the operation mechanism of Dandong strawberry supply chain,it puts forward the proposal to establish Dandong strawberry supply chain logistics distribution center to provide guarantee for the development of Dandong strawberry industry.The characteristic of this paper is,in order to introduce the management idea of agricultural supply chain.By analyzing the current Dandong strawberry supply chain management model,six operational mechanisms are constructed to promote the healthy and orderly development of Dandong strawberry grass industry.The innovations are:Introducing specific fruit variety supply chain management research methods,starting from a single regional origin,and focusing on the overall supply chain management model and operation mechanism and using one factor frequency analysis of Dandong strawberry The main characteristics and quality factors that consumers favorite,provide strong data support for their subsequent planting and sales.Build a Dandong strawberry supply chain operation mechanism according to the time,which can be said to provide a good template for regional agricultural development.And draw on.
