With the increasingly complex economic and trade environment at home and abroad, the global economy is facing a new development pattern. At present, due to the continuous development of the new international industrial division of labor, the global value chain has become one of the important features of economic globalization.Since the global financial crisis that occurred in 2008,the emergence of counter-globalization,the breakthrough of industrial technology revolution, and the return of capital between industries have led to new developments in the world economy, which have caused Chinese manufacturing industries to be different in the process of industrial restructuring. The degree of hindrance. In recent years, due to the continuous refinement of the international value chain of the global value chain and the strong control of the high value-added and high-tech links in the value chain, the key core production of most developing countries in the value chain. The link lacks absolute leadership and voice. Therefore, this article will take "China Manufacturing 2025" industrial strategic development as the research background, and deeply analyze how China's manufacturing industry is integrated into the global value chain after the intermational division of labor, and conduct systematic research with the global value chain as an intermediary.China's manufacturing industry international Whether the competitiveness can be effectively improved will have a very important research and theoretical significance for the future industrial development of China's manufacturing industry and a reference value for solving the reality of the manufacturing industry. This paper analyzes and analyzes the current situation of China's manufacturing industry and its sub-sectors integrating into the global value chain. It is hoped that the new international division of labor will bring new opportunities and new impetus to the industrial development of China's manufacturing industry,so as to smoothly find and enhance the international competition of manufacturing industry. The specific path of force. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the relevant domestic research literatures on the participation degree, embedded position and industrial international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry are analyzed and analyzed, and the problems that this paper will solve are proposed.Second, explain the global value chain theory,value-added trade theory, and based on this, explain the impact mechanism on the international competition of industry.Thirdly, based on Kupman's decomposition model of total export value added and two measurement indicators, the industry's participation and division of labor in GVC are measured, and then made in China from the whole,sub-industry and technical classification.Starting from the analysis of the trend of industry development, the deep analysis compares the changing characteristics of Chinese manufacturing in the process of integrating into the global value chain.Fourth, combined with the measurement and change trend analysis of China,s manufacturing industry under the global value division of labor, and based on the impact mechanism of integrating global value chain on the international competitiveness of the industry, constructing the panel data model of China's manufacturing industry to integrate into the global value chain.Whether to enhance the international competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry has carried out in-depth analysis and demonstration, and established an empirical analysis model of whether China's manufacturing industry's Participation index and status index under the global value chain division can promote the international competitiveness of the industry.Fifth, according to the analysis of the development trend of China's manufacturing industry under the GVC and the status of division of labor in the 20-year period from 1995 to 2014,combined with the corresponding empirical analysis results, the Chinese manufacturing industry successfully achieved the international competitiveness of the industry. The specific path of improvement, combined with the "Made in China 2025" development strategy and the industrial development environment at home and abroad, proposes the policy enlightenment that the manufacturing industry can smoothly enhance its competitive advantage in the process of integrating into the global value chain. This paper uses a variety of research and analysis methods to draw the following main conclusions:China's manufacturing industry and its sub-sectors participate in GVC's international sub-projects are particularly deep, and long-term participation has maintained a leading position in the world, participating in global production. The level of the network is constantly rising. However, the status of GVC international division of labor in China's manufacturing industry is quite low compared with that of developed countries in Europe and America. The change in the status of international division of labor in 1999-2014 shows a clear right-wing "V" type of development. After 2003,the manufacturing industry as a whole Shows the momentum of rising to the upstream. In addition,China's manufacturing industry has significant heterogeneity in the level of industry technology in the process of integration into GVC.The industry's development shows "high-end embedded technology in low-and medium-tech,low-end embedded in high-tech industry, and the overall manufacturing industry is advancing toward the high-end of GVC"At the same time, there is no obvious linear relationship between the level of participation of a country in the global value chain and the status of its international division of labor. That is,the level of participation of a country is not high, and the level of international division of labor is not directly The impact also shows that there is no consistent trend between the status index and the participation index. In order to smoothly promote the improvement of the intemational competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry, and to establish a model by integrating the global value chain division of labor, the results of empirical analysis show that as the manufacturing industry segments gradually increase their position in the global value chain, they will be effective.Promote the improvement of the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, but if we increase the intensity of external reform and opening up,the extensive participation in each production link of the GVC international division of labor system will not be conducive to the improvement of China's manufacturing competitiveness,R&D investment and export scale. And the deepening of the production level of the industry has greatly promoted the improvement of the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.China must rely on R&D and innovation in science and technology to improve the division of labor in the GVC industry, and thus smoothly enhance the international competitiveness of the industry..The heterogeneity of the industry has a great impact on the promotion of international competitiveness. The degree of embeddedness of the global value chain of high-tech industries is more significant than that of low-and medium-level technologies, and it is mainly based on the structure of parts trade.Compared with semi-finished products, the manufacturing industry is more effective in promoting international competitiveness. The main innovation of this paper is to take the division of labor and participation of China's manufacturing industry in the global value chain as a new perspective to enhance the international competitiveness of the research industry.Firstly, systematically analyze the current Chinese manufacturing industry and its sub-sectors participating in the global market. The development of the value chain international division of labor, and whether it can promote the industrial competitiveness of the industry to carry out an empirical analysis, while also classifying the manufacturing industry according to the level of technology and the intermediate trade structure to analyze the industry heterogeneity to international competitiveness.
