establish a model by integrating the global value chain division of labor,the results of empirical analysis show that as the manufacturing industry segments gradually increase their position in the global value chain,they will be effective.Promote the improvement of the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry,but if we increase the intensity of external reform and opening up,the extensive participation in each production link of the GVC international division of labor system will not be conducive to the improvement of China's manufacturing competitiveness,R&D
