Research On Product Quality Audit Of Suppliers Of A Rail Transit Group

With the rapid development of the world economy,the globalization of the economy has made China a world manufacturing center.However,the current "Made in China" is still be criticized,and incomplete supply side system is one of the major reason for supply and demand contradictions.As enterprises,they has to regard quality as their core competitiveness,and a single production model has been gradually unable to meet the requirements of a diversified markets.So upstream and downstream integration of the supply chain management has gradually become the mainstream of the market,and company's success cannot rely on its.own strength,but it is largely depend on the supply chain with the cooperation of the group.And company should meet customer needs with the guarantee of high quality.Based on the many years' experience of quality management,this paper analyzes the main problems in the quality audit of supplier B enterprise for A rail transit group.And this paper brings forward quality audit optimization measures based on the check of personnel,equipment,material and environmental management,combining with the A rail transit group daily supplier quality management.According to the supplier quality audit management system established in this paper,the improvement measures of supplier quality audit are put forward,and the improvement effect is verified.The author hopes to establish a better supplier quality audit management system that through the exploration of this article,and strictly control the implementation of the supplier,improving supplier product quality to ensure that products meet the group requirements.Also,the author hopes to accumulate improved experience and provide reference for similar enterprises about supplier quality management.
