The rapid development of China's rail transportation industry provides opportunities for enterprises,but also brings great challenges,the quality of product is the key to the success of enterprises.In particular,the construction of urban subway projects requires higher quality of core products.Foreign brand products occupy the leading position,the related core technologies is also controlled by foreign companies,the cost of construction and maintenance is high,the disadvantages of foreign brands and operational risks are increasingly apparent,the state has also stepped up efforts to encourage the localization of core equipment for rail transit.In the face of market demand and competition,domestic companies want to make a breakthrough in this field and need to fully study the needs of customer to provide high-quality products that meet the requirements of the customer,it is possible to find opportunity in the fierce competition,it is necessary to improve the quality of product R&D from the source.P company is an integrated supplier of Platform Screen Door(PSD)system in the domestic rail transit industry,it has advantages in engineering project management,the management process of the company is around the quality of the project delivery.However,the lack of quality control in product R&D leads to some product quality problems,quality improvement is an important task at present.In this paper,Quality Function Deployment(QFD)is used as a method to improve the quality of R&D of P company.Through the investigation of customer requirements and the current product quality status of the company,find the core factors that are related to the quality of the product,and the requirements of these customer are expanded to design requirements,parts features,process characteristics and quality control methods,to improving the quality management process of product R&D,And the missing parts are perfected and optimized,so that customer requirements can be guaranteed to each product related process,in order to improve the quality of product R&D,Enable the final delivery of products to meet customer operational requirements,to achieve the goal of improving the quality of product R&D.This paper combines QFD with the target of R&D quality of rail transit and expands the research of QFD in the field of PSD control system products of rail transit.In addition,using QFD to analyze customer requirements and combine with the quality of product,control the quality of product R&D from the design stage,effective guarantee quality requirements are implemented in the process of product R&D,and a solid step for the company to achieve the product led development goal has a certain practical significance.The method of product R&D quality optimization provided by this article not only plays a role in improving the quality of product R&D of P company,but also can be used as a sample case for the improvement of the quality of product R&D in engineering project enterprises,and provides reference for the related enterprises.
