| In recent years,rail transit vehicles have become a common choice for people's daily travel as a public transport.The safety of rail vehicles is directly related to human life and property safety.Therefore,the quality and safety of rail transit equipment products should not be underestimated,and the quality control of equipment manufacturing enterprises has become the focus of research.Based on both the theories of product life cycle(PLC,for short)theory,project quality management and quality management systems(ISO9001 and ISO/TS 22163)and the actual quality management of China CRRC,this paper attempts to sort out a quality management system applicable to rail transit equipment products.It is convenient to carry out project quality management in an orderly and efficient manner in the process of project quality management with reference to a standardized system.This paper firstly divides the PLC quality management into eight stages according to the characteristics analysis of rail transit equipment projects,including demand identification,quality planning,design and development,procurement and outsourcing,manufacturing,verification and confirmation,after-sales maintenance and measurement and evaluation.During the PLC,analyze the quality management content,build quality management measures,and introduce advanced quality tools and methods for each stage and process quality to make it operational.Then,through the actual case of the brake system product-development project,the quality management of each stage of the PLC is analyzed and evaluated,so as to verify the applicability and effectiveness of the quality management system of the PLC.This paper sorts out the PLC quality management system applicable to rail transit equipment products,which not only helps to ensure the high quality output of rail transit equipment products,but also has a good reference value for enterprises to improve their own quality management system and quality management of related products. |
