With the continuous development of the economy and the accelerating technological progress,the Internet industry is booming.In the contemporary Internet industry,the core talent of the enterprise has changed from traditional employees to technical employees who master the technology,information and concepts.These employees show a higher innovation and autonomy to bring a unique,important value to the enterprise,but at the same time they also have higher expectations and requirements on the business,the relevant work and the environment.With a stronger external marketability,the dependence on the enterprise is relatively small.Therefore,the effective attracting,motivating and retaining these talents have become the key to competing among Internet companies.Based on the actual situation of the M company and the actual situation of technical employees' management,this paper aims to explore the problems and causes of the loss of technical employees through the theory and the actual research process.Establish a system,reasonable M company technical employees to retain the strategic framework for the company's technical employees to provide effective and effective countermeasures and ideas.In the specific research process,this paper takes the psychological contract theory as the theoretical basis which builds the research frame.Through the integration and application of the theory of psychological contract,employees turnover and employees retention,the author uses the methods of interviews and questionnaires to analyze the technical contract of the technical employees and find out the problems and causes of technical employees turnover.Found in pay,training,development and pay based on current level of performance,etc.,M company failed to the technical employees of the psychological contract.Through the analysis factors of enterprise and individual which promote the technical employees turnover.From these aspects,through establish compensation mechanism and performance appraisal system,and provide various training and other methods to help M company technical employees to rebuild the psychological contract for enterprises to retain technical employees.Psychological contract is an important link between the enterprise and the employee what could establish the trust relationship.The psychological contract is the invisible and informal contract between the enterprise and the employees.Employees pay more attention to the psychological contract and it is an important means of retaining talent.How to establish a stable psychological contract relationship is an important issue of modern enterprises.The research to analysis the deep reasons on the high rate of technical employees,and how to establish and maintenance technical employees' psychological contract to realize employee retention which has a certain practical reference value and theoretical enlightenment.
