High flow problems of the ordinary staff has become a huge problem for many retail enterprise. And it is very important how to reduce grassroots employee turnover for them after transformation in the enterprise structure. The staff turnover which is a result that the staff have some psychological reaction result when they had felt various affecting in the company. They would leave once they had been satisfactory of enterprise institution, culture, etc. Based on the grass-roots employees of the large retail enterprises in Quanzhou, the test would explore the influence factors of grass-roots staff turnover and the measuring dimension based on the psychological contract. As well as, it analysed what factors is the major impact for the grassroots employee turnover and provided constructive guidance significance for retail enterprise human resources management.Firstly, This paper did a more comprehensive literature review for the employee turnover of the retail enterprise and the psychological contact. And then, it designed a questionnaire of the retail enterprises employee turnover. The samples which were the grass-roots staff of the 10 large retail enterprises in Quanzhou that had questionnaires 300 copies and vaild questionnaires 292 copies. The statistical methods of processing data included reliability and validity detection, descriptive statistice, independent sample t-test,analysis of wariance, correlation analysis and regression analysis.Through the study of this paper, we could conclude that:(1) The measuring results of the influence factors scale based on the psychological contract and the employee turnover scale demostrated the demographic variables had different significance in different levels of the affecting factors and employee turnover.(2) The influence factors and the employee turnover were related ,some of which were part of a significant negative correlation.(3) Influencing factors on employee turnover has good predictive power. Finally, according to the research results,the test obtained the corresponding management suggestions, including the perfect enterprise institution, the perfect recruitment mechanism, the compensation mechanism, the emotional management advice, the employee participation mechanism and the government policy support,etc. In order to provide guidance and help for the retail enterprise's grassroots employees management.
